Program

ASA Support Core Alerts is an optional Apex Service Advisor (ASA) operational text-message program provided by Orka Technologies LLC. It sends opted-in Ether Supercars staff alerts about inbound calls, callback requests and matters needing urgent attention. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages or messages to shop customers.

Alerts depend on the events available to the service. An alert is not guaranteed for every call or event. This is not an emergency service.

Consent and eligibility

Enrollment requires your express agreement to receive this program's messages at the mobile number you provide. Providing a number or accepting general website terms alone does not enroll you. These terms do not establish a text-to-join keyword or enroll you by themselves.

You must be an authorized Ether Supercars staff participant, at least 18 years old, and the subscriber or customary user of the number, or otherwise authorized to consent for that number. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or receipt of services that do not require SMS delivery.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's rates and terms apply to your mobile service.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation; further program alerts stop unless you subsequently provide new express consent. You may also request an opt-out through steve@orka-technologies.com.

Delivery

Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered because of network, carrier, device or service conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms by posting an updated version. Updating terms does not itself expand the scope of your consent.
